Zelda doesn't immediately take one for herself, but lets Urbossa and Daruk each take one before she breaks apart another to carefully feed Link. He takes the bites, knowing he's definitely not able to feed himself.
It's also intensely surreal for the princess to be feeding him bites of rice and fish and nuts, but today's been crazy enough that he's fine with it. He'll freak out about his duty later, when he's not so injured and fresh from defeating evil itself.
"I feel fine," Zelda says, and he's not so weak he can't give her a Look. Still, he has no ability to protest, so he eats a second rice ball before he looks to Mipha and nods.
He should be fine to drink the tonic now. Hopefully. The rice will hopefully absorb the tonic well enough he won't just immediately throw it back up.
